Together with the new division we now have
a full facilitating team of experts in all the following areas of
security requirements - Security Officers, Assets in Transit, Retail
Security, CCTV, GSM Interactive Alarm Systems, Electric Fence, Fire
Suppression and many more.
The “Master Team”
has set itself high scaled goals in order to establish a strong
portfolio of clients and business partnerships.
Members of our operation team
are hand selected and undergo a vigorous pre-selection process before
they are selected and trained in accordance with the 35 years of
the Company’s security experience. Our National Operations
Manager, Nathan Navias, also has a military background as he spent
nine years in the South African Air Force, five of which he was
in Human Resource Management. Nathan Navias has also had experience
in training and development as an Assistant Directory and has a
qualification in Labour Relations and Labour Law. Otmar Haule is
our Head of Investigations and Assistant Operations Manager. We
are currently recapitalizing the company and have enlarged the management
support core by bringing on board Mr. Lwitiko E. Ngalla LLB (Hons)
as our Legal and Administrative Manager as well as Mr. Joseph Ghatti
being our Training Instructor.
